The MANSION Club shop terms and conditions below are in addition to the terms and conditions of our site, they include delivery details and returns policy. If you experience any problems or issues with an order or the products in the MANSION Club shop please contact our member service department. - Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery of merchandise once order is confirmed.
- Please allow 24 hours for tournament tokens to be credited once order is confirmed.

- Once a confirmed order has been made cancellations will not be permitted.
- Members are responsible for correct entry of data onto order forms. Any additional charges made as a result of failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges to the member.
- Members are responsible for the accuracy of their email address in their poker account.
- Members are responsible for providing a delivery address and contact telephone and for ensuring there will be someone available to receive and sign for the product on delivery.
- Members will be responsible for excess delivery charges due to absence of someone to receive the delivery.
- The third party provider will replace items that are damaged in transit or damaged due to manufacturer, warehouse or courier neglect. However, goods damaged due to members neglect or wear and tear will be solely the responsibility of the member.
- MANSIONPOKER reserve the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.
- MANSIONPOKER reserve the right to withdraw any item at any time.
- Customers must have sufficient points in their account to cover the entire order submitted. Insufficient points will result in order cancellation.
- All Items ordered are subject to stock availability, should an item be out of stock we will advise the customer and a new order may be submitted or alternatively MANSIONPOKER may agree to refund the points in full.
- MANSIONPOKER reserve the right to remove any product line from the Club shop at any time.
- The point prices of the items in the Club shop change at any time, however once an order is submitted & confirmed the price of the item will remain fixed.
- In the event that the customer is due a refund of points due to out of stock merchandise, damage or consecutive failed delivery please note that refund will occur within 48 hours of the agreed order cancellation.
- Please contact the Poker Team for availability for Live Event Packages to avoid disappointment. 3 weeks before the event is scheduled to begin is the latest we can accept purchases due to registration protocols.
- MANSIONPOKER shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any purchaser of a Package as a direct or indirect result of participating in any Live Event purchased via the shop.
- Standard MANSIONPOKER Tournament Terms and Conditions apply.
- MANSIONPOKER management decision in all matters is Final.
